PRIVACY POLICY AND MONITORING NOTICE

1. NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY
This Server Administration Dashboard ("Platform") is a private, secure facility owned and operated by Ezelbee, LLC ("Owner"). It is NOT a consumer service. By accessing this Platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that YOU HAVE NO REASONABLE EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY regarding your use of the Platform, the data you access, the commands you execute, or the communications you transmit within it.

2. MANDATORY SURVEILLANCE AND LOGGING
Owner employs active, real-time monitoring and comprehensive logging of all user activity within the Platform. We collect and record:
- Every command, script, and query executed;
- The exact time, duration, and frequency of your login sessions;
- Your IP address, device location, and device fingerprint;
- Keystrokes and input data entered into administrative consoles; and
- Screen captures or session replays of administrative actions.

3. CONSENT TO MONITORING
By using the Platform, you legally consent to the interception, recording, and review of your activities by Owner or Owner’s authorized agents. This consent applies to all communications and data transit, whether encrypted or unencrypted. If you do not consent to being monitored, DO NOT LOG IN.

4. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
The information collected is strictly used for security, auditing, and enforcement purposes. Specifically, Owner uses this data to:
- Audit administrative actions and system changes;
- Investigate security incidents, data breaches, or system failures;
- Provide evidence in legal proceedings, arbitration, or disciplinary actions against you; and
- Enforce the Terms of Service.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA. Your usage data is not sold to third-party data brokers, marketing firms, or advertisers. It is strictly retained for internal security and legal defense.

5. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
While we do not sell your data, we may disclose your activity logs to specific third parties under the following circumstances:
- Legal Counsel: To prepare for litigation or arbitration against you;
- Law Enforcement: If we suspect illegal activity, sabotage, or unauthorized access;
- Forensic Auditors: To analyze system damage or data corruption attributable to your account.

6. DATA RETENTION
Owner reserves the right to retain activity logs, session data, and user history indefinitely. We are under no obligation to delete your history upon your request, as this data constitutes the security records of Ezelbee, LLC.

We implement strict security measures to protect the integrity of the audit logs. However, these measures are designed to protect the Owner's evidence, not your personal privacy.
